We arrived home from vacation last night around 11pm. We stopped a million times, so the 10 1/2 hour ride quickly became a 13 hour trip. After 11 hours in the car, the boys finally took a nap.
We went to Poppy and Granny's camp on Lorton Lake and the boys loved it there. They caught frogs, toad, turtles, minnows, sunfish and said they wanted to stay all summer. We also took a day trip to Smith Falls and Westport, Canada (site has music). The boys got to experience going through customs for the first time, which seemed to make Caden a little nervous!
We also visited Heid's , Onondaga Park and of course, we loaded the van up with good stuff from Wegman's! We hear they are eventually opening a store in NC....anyone know where??? We are dying to know!
All together it was an uneventful and fun trip! The weather was gorgeous and we only had one cloudy day (which must be a record for upstate NY!)
Unfortunately, vacation did come to an end and now I get the fun job of unpacking, which I am procrastinating by blogging...

Back to reality

Sounds like a great time! We just got back yesterday after spending the last week and a half on the Cape.
Getting back to reality is such a drag!
Cute. I hate the unpacking and putting away part. We just got back from four days in Orlando.
