Thank you Daddy for all the new beads! (Daddy bought the beads...Mommy did the hair!) Box braids are all I can figure out how to do at the moment. Can't get her hair into corn rows for the life of me.

It looks great! I love the little hearts on the ends.
I am not thrilled with my cornrowing abilities either. Two things that are helpful to me: flat twists (which are similar to cornrows, especially in looks and may help you get the hang of cornrows) and the written directions for cornrows found at Beads, Braids, and Beyond. I needed the written form; I'm too much of a written word girl. The videos, even the ones others raved about, were just not all that helpful to me. I think I'm getting better but Conleigh's hair is so uneven, I'm blaming part of the poor cornrows on that.
Looks cute! I can't imagine how much time it takes to do girls' hair. I don't know that I could do corn rows either.
