We had quite a snow storm last night...as evident from the photos! Even work was cancelled! Yippee! Unfortunately, I didn't realize work was closed until AFTER I got there. Silly me for thinking I would be expected to work under these conditions (using a little sarcasm here!) That's what happens when you live in the south and get blasted with 0.3 inches of snow! Unfortunately, the boys were unable to make a snowman or even a snowball for that matter! But, they did enjoy getting a rare glimpse of the white stuff!

How fun! We had a snow day yesterday ourselves. We got about an inch, and enough for my son to build a snow man with, but he's a pretty determined fella, and it took him a while!!!

Wow! 0.3 inches of snow (or even ice) doesn't even slow down traffic around here... much. Schools closed for a blizzard warning after about 6 inches fell a couple weeks ago. Then they cancelled when the temps dropped to about 20 below 0 last Thursday. But businesses & daycares stayed open for both. Funny! Glad your boys could enjoy it a bit.
We got the same .3 inches as you and our school was cancelled as well. AND we are going in two hours late today - which I don't understand at all since there is absolutely nothing left - NOTHING!!!!!!!!
Your boys looked like they were having such fun! What a blessing and a rare treat for them.
